Use Peter's Caramel 1 Pound container of Caramel to make your centers, apple dip, turtles, and many other treats. As this caramel is creamy and easy to work with.

Directions to Use:
When using in candy recipes, simply stretch and cut with kitchen scissors. Then form the caramel into squares and dip, or use in a lined candy mold.

Store the caramel in a cool, dry location. DO NOT REFRIGERATE
Shelf Life: 12 Months
Handling: Melt to approximately 125ºF - 150ºF for easy pouring.
