Ensure your chocolate wafers melt smooth & creamy with paramount crystals! Paramount Crystals act as a thinning agent, allowing for easier coating, dipping, and drizzling. They are odorless and tasteless making them a better choice than coconut oil, shortening, and wax.
When to Use Paramount Crystals
- When working with pre-colored chocolate wafers.
- When adding coloring to chocolate wafers.
- When using older chocolate wafers.
- When you want to easily dip treats.
- When you need a thin chocolate for drizzling.
- When working with chocolate molds.

Directions for Use
Start with adding 1 to 2 tablespoons of Paramount Crystals per pound of chocolate wafers (candy melts) until desired consistency is reached. Up to 1/4 of a cup may be used.
Tips
Melt your paramount crystals before adding them to your melted chocolate wafers. We love the control and fluid chocolate this method creates.
