Paramount Crystals – 50 lb Bulk Case are a candy-making and chocolate melting aid used to thin melted chocolate and candy coatings for a smoother, more fluid consistency. They are especially useful when dipping, coating, molding or drizzling chocolate and confectionery coatings.
Add a small amount of Paramount Crystals to melted chocolate or candy coating as needed to improve flow and make dipping and coating easier. They can be used when making chocolate-covered strawberries, cake pops, pretzels, Oreos, molded chocolates, dipped treats and other chocolate-covered desserts.

IMPORTANT: Depending on the weather in your location, this product may melt in transit if exposed to very high temperatures. If this situation happens to you, the crystals can re-solidify into a block or clump if cooled. This solid mass can be broken down and used again.
