Merckens Dark Dark Chocolate Coating Wafers have a rich, dark chocolate taste and are developed specifically for candy making. This chocolate wafer is perfect for use in melting, molding and dipping while also adapting to any other confectionery need. Our Merckens dark chocolate simply melts in the microwave and does not need to be tempered before being used or added to candy molds. If a thinner chocolate coating is desired, paramount crystals may be added If adding flavors or colors, use an oil-based color or oil-based flavor.
