Pecan Flavoring (also known as candy flavoring oil) will add that popular nutty taste to the most basic of recipes.

1 dram = about 1 teaspoon

This flavor is water-soluble and is not recommended for use in flavoring chocolate or chocolate coatings.  This flavor is appropriate for use in chocolate mixtures such as ganache, fudges, fondants, and icings.
