Chocolate & Candy Use:

• Hard Candy: Suitable for hard candy.
• Chocolate/Candy Coatings: Can be used in chocolate and confectionery coatings. Use about 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon per pound of chocolate or coating.
• Using too much flavor may cause chocolate or coatings to thicken. If needed, thin with liquified coconut oil or cocoa butter.
